Halloween Stampin Up Paper Mini Wreath

I found this fab tutorial on the internet a few weeks ago and as I always surf and find things and never do them I decided to actually attempt this wreath. I bought small polystyrene wreaths so the finished article isnt as lovely as this original wreath but was so pleased with the final results.

I used just 8 flowers and they are 1.5 x 3" paper pieces with a florist pin and then glue gun to hold them all together, I also wrapped the wreath in ribbon.

and this is it finished and hanging up - the ribbon doesnt look as droopy in real life :)

I can see myself making a few Christmas ones of these for my up coming craft fair - even just to decorate the stall as they take about an hour but they are so cute I think they are worth it - please tell me what you think :)

Nothing crafty today - but a picture after 10K....

My Fiance and his son ran the Herts 10K today in Harpenden. Lots of us from work turned up as we were handing out snazzy pump bags and pens.

All four runners from the office did well, 55 Mins, 1hr 04, 1hr, 04 (minus 8 seconds) and 1hr 15mins.

Well done to them all!!

A Little Bit More Mini.......

One more mini card to share with you today.

This is another Christmas card, I used some bits and pieces left in my stash and made this cute little card. Hoping to build up a stash of these as they are small but to the point. Sure they will go down well at the craft fair in November ( I HOPE) :)

Mini Birthday Card....

Another mini card I made this week. Really like it - love the Birthday Stamp - from a just retired set sadly.

Put in my first new catty order on Monday - only a few little bits but will be fun to get them and have a play.

Should be a big flow of cards on here over next few weeks as another craft fair looming (in a good way) been a few months since we did one and with Christmas around the corner lots of ideas brewing.

Mini Christmas Cards......

As there never seems to be time to get into card making big time in the house at the moment I am grabbing an hour this morning to make some mini cards.

I bought these cards originally for our place name cards but have since found some fab alternatives on etsy so now have them free for me to use to make some cute little christmas cards.

I used the Contempo Christmas Set on Wood for the Ornament and also the Ornament Punch from stampin up. I love the ease of punching out a shape, never been very good cutting out with scissors :)

The sentiment on the outside of the one card is also the sentiment on the inside of the other card and a bit of Crumb Cake ribbon finished it off.

I am looking forward to getting some Designer Paper so that I can do some using the current christmas range as this lovely paper is no longer available.
